Flagstone Walkways
Over 3,700 square feet of bluestone flagstones were regraded and relaid through the Parterre Garden, along the Peony Walk, and past the Walled Garden.
Project Details
The old paving stones had lifted, cracked, and, at worst, proved a safety hazard. With generous donations from The Harlan and Lois Anderson Foundation and Bill and Susan Brock, over 3,700 square feet of bluestone flagstones, including curbstones over 36” in depth, were successfully laid.
The new flagstone pathways combine with the restored fountain statue and the Peony Walk entrance patio to create a beautiful first impression of the Park with stunning views of both the Walled Garden and down Anderson Pond.
