Welcome to Waveny Park

Waveny Park is open to all during daylight hours, seven days a week. The Park is managed by Waveny Park Conservancy in conjunction with the Town of New Canaan.

Please do not use dog waste receptacles for garbage.

The Park includes 130 acres

We welcome you to enjoy the open lawns, to wander past the mature meadows, or stroll the 3.5 miles of woodland trails, or simply enjoy a moment’s reflection around the newly restored Anderson Pond.

Formal Gardens

Closer to the house are the formal gardens with a parterre terrace, re-laid bluestone flagstones and a new Garden Gate entrance to the peony walk. Enjoy the Walled Garden that is lovingly tended by the New Canaan Garden Club.
